About the Role

Your role will directly contribute to the company’s profitability by identifying risk areas and implementing concrete solutions together with the commercial and operational teams.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (economics, finance, logistics, or similar).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role (loss prevention, controlling, audit, financial analyst).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reports) and experience with ERP/BI systems (SAP, Power BI, D365 – a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to turn data into practical solutions and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• English proficiency – intermediate/advanced level.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and analyze commercial and operational losses (shrinkage, returns, stock-outs, logistics losses).
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on the evolution of losses.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and procurement teams to implement loss reduction measures.
• Define and track relevant KPIs: shrinkage, return rate, value of losses relative to sales.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving internal processes and operational controls.
• Provide support for inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Prepare recommendations and presentations for management based on analyzed data.
