Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
• Experience with transportation, warehousing, and inventory control
• Proficiency in supply chain software and Excel
• Fluent English (German is a plus & advantage)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

About the Role: The Logistic & Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to distribution of finished products. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, overseeing transportation, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods. The specialist will work closely with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Supply Chain Planning:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation of goods.
• Manage warehousing operations, including storage and distribution.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Generate and present reports on key performance indicators such as delivery times, costs, and inventory levels.
• Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize supply chain operations.
