- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field;
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
- English at intermediate level or above.

- Maintain communication with customers via email, phone, teleconferences, and customer portals;
- Monitor production output against the production plan to ensure timely deliveries;
- Prepare delivery plans and communicate delivery-related information to the warehouse;
- Create, maintain, and update customer orders in SAP;
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings and provide reports regarding delivery plans and logistics activities;
- Prepare and archive delivery documentation;
- Perform INTRASTAT reporting and provide reports to management when required;
- Identify opportunities for improving logistics processes and recommend appropriate actions;
- Carry out daily activities in compliance with internal procedures and company standards.
