Logistics Customer Service & Transport

University Degree is an advantage;
The experience in a similar position inside an automotive company is an advantage;
Advanced in English; French knowledge is also an advantage;
Good knowledge in logical processes;
High level of integrity and agility;
Selfmotivated, with good communication skills;
Good Problem solver;
Multitasking and expeirenced with time management;
Responsible person, well knowing the specific requirements;
Advanced communication, organizing, analysis and negotiation skills;
MS Office/Excel experienced user;
Independent worker, but also a good teamplayer.

Checks, validates and processes customers orders; Checks their variations;
Checks the customers' system errors (DELJIT / DELFOR);
Reports KPI;
Manages the customers' complaints;
Manages the Transport documentation (Packing list, Delivery note, Invoice...);
Activated the orders in E-Transport;
DOH Responsible;
Daily checks the finish goods stock.
