• University degree in a technical or economical field;
• Good knowledge of English, German knowledge is considered an advantage;
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar job in an automotive company;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel);
• Good knowledge of SAP;
• Good organizational and planning skills.

• Keeps contact with the clients regarding the orders, their follow up and delivery;
• Integrates on daily basis the orders (EDIs) from the clients;
• Follows and analyzes the clients` needs / orders;
• Informs the client about the orders` evolutions on short / medium / long term (orders / forecast);
• Escalates volume deviations toward the client & sales;
• Establishes the delivery plan and follows it through;
• Has a lead role at the clients` audits;
• Maintains the relationship with the clients and follows through the fulfillment of their expectations;
• Finds solutions to the clients` reclamations from the logistics point of view, edits the 8D report, corrects the errors that generated the reclamation and implements the corrective measures.
