Logistics Coordinator (Remote)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of goods, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and supporting the supply chain through effective planning and communication.

Chemicals supplier supplying industrial and agricultural companies globally. The company benefits from an international presence, headquarter in Belgium.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate shipments, transportation, and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, customs, and logistics documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods while meeting operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and performance data.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues proactively to minimize disruptions.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics or transportation management systems.
• A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English
• French is an asset but is not mandatory.
