- Organizarea transporturilor interne și internaționale;
- Stabilirea rutelor optime și a mijloacelor de transport eficiente;
- Comunicare eficienta cu clientul;
- Monitorizarea nivelurilor de inventar;
- Asigurarea livrarilor corecte si la timp;
- Asigurarea aprovizionării corecte și la timp;
- Supravegherea recepției, depozitării și livrării mărfurilor;
- Implementarea procedurilor de manipulare în siguranță;
- Analiza cheltuielilor de transport, depozitare și procesare;
- Introducerea de soluții pentru reducerea costurilor;
