Could you be the full-time Logistic Manager in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?


Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Iulian Cojocaru (Industrial & Supply Chain Manager), and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll manage the stores and material flow, providing technical support to the supply chain in identifying supply chain issues, ensure parts & materials needed on site in a timely manner and optimal conditions in order to cover & follow right activities in Alstom warehouses.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Will receive direct or thru his direct reports employees materials and equipments (tools, vehicles…) deliveries and check their good condition, quantity and conformity with the orders;
  • Establish & record damages reports if necessary in compliance with the Alstom Transport procedures;
  • Continuous improvement and performance monitoring within your area;
  • Implementing and optimizing warehouse and logistic standards;
  • Prepare delivery of these material and equipments to their correct allocation on site;
  • Ensure the good conditions of handling of the material during reception, at departure and storage of the received material;
  • Manage the delivery requests from the site works and check their conformity with schedule and progress, the materials/tools/devices requests need in project activities;
  • Check the sufficient availability of material according to planning and works progress on site;
  • Collect, check and sign related Quality Records and manage non-conformities related to his activity
  • Ensure GSI accuracy and proper process;
  • Organize the team under his authority and ensure that his team is efficient;
  • Strategy in order to meet on time deliveries within budget and within a predefined scope;
  • Ascertain applicable duties, coordinate with Supply Chain Team, customs/port/air-port for processing bill of entry/warehouse goods and freight forwarders/steamer/ container agents in order to ensure timely clearance of material.
