Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS Administration, or LMS Specialist roles
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Learning Technology, or a related field (or 3+ years of relevant LMS administration experience)
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors Learning, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Articulate 360, SCORM/AICC, and HTML
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
• Supports the Global LMS Training Administrator Community
• Facilitates the LMS Training Administrator Qualification and Access Process
• Supports development of LMS Training Administrator training content
• Supports the LMS SharePoint site
• Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
• Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems.
• Provides LMS Troubleshooting assistance to LMS Training Admins and Learners
• Supports the review and monitoring of system performance
• Works with the instructional technologist and instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to access and content.
• Collaborates with IT for administration of the system, which includes software updates, releases and interfaces.
• Assists with data migrations, testing and working with IT and outside vendors to troubleshoot systems issues; supports development of processes.
• Provides standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of LMS utilization
• Supports training owners and Learning Experience Designers by building out training items, curricula, programs, assessments, surveys and reports.

Company Description
Adecco Romania is recruiting a LMS Specialist for its client, international company specialized in the production and distribution of medical instruments and devices.
