Live Casino Studio Specialist

We are looking for a Live Casino Studio Specialist to join our existing team on a consultancy basis and take charge of enhancing and modernizing our current studio setups in Georgia and Asia. As the Studio Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the layout of two studios and refining the appearance and functionality of individual live games. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless operations.

While being based in Romania, the role requires frequent travel to our studios, necessitating your presence onsite regularly. Drawing upon your extensive experience, you will be expected to emulate industry standards that you have effectively implemented in previous roles. Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the live casino sector, with hands-on studio setup experience.
• Strong understanding of the overall live casino operational processes, industry trends, and player preferences
• Ability to start projects quickly and efficiently by leveraging your existing connections.
• General understanding of lighting and camera setup for live casino tables.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and adhere to tight deadlines
• High flexibility in terms of travel and working hours to accommodate global team communication.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Studio Enhancement: Partnering with the Live Casino Director to modernize and upgrade two Live Casino studios, ensuring they align with industry best practices and provide an exceptional gaming environment.
• Studio Floor Optimization: Fine-tuning the layout and setup of existing studio floors to maximize table numbers while preserving the distinctive ambiance and aesthetics of each table game.
• Player Experience Enhancement: Driving innovation and personalization initiatives to enhance the Live Casino experience for players, including the introduction of new features and games that captivate and engage our audience.
• Roadmap Planning and Execution: Developing and executing a comprehensive Live Casino roadmap and lifecycle strategy, including prioritizing the release of updatedgames and features to meet player demands and market trends.
• Budgeting and Timeline Management: Taking ownership of budget allocation and project timelines, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.
