Profile:

• Completed technical studies (minimum high-school)
• Professional experience of more than 2 years, in production environment
• PC & SAP knowledge
• Leadership skills/at least 1 year experience in team coordination
• Good ability to process and understand information and to learn new technical skills
• Good communication abilities: communicate effectively, convey the message and engage others
• Positive & Proactive attitude
• Availability to work in shifts
• Availability for longer period of trainings in Germany before start of production

Responsibilities:

• Performs production activities on the assembly lines
• Organizes processes during production shifts and handles orders, introduces data in different digital systems
• Fills production machines with materials, maintains small equipment failures, detects material defects, Supports the execution of production trials
• Ensures training on the job of new or less experienced employees, checks the work results and takes corrective actions if necessary, provides protective equipment (gloves, etc.) and necessary tools,
• Staff planning and reallocation during a shift between different production lines taking into consideration production priorities and available competencies
• Responsible for monitoring tidiness and cleanliness
• Occupational health and safety: ensures that occupational safety regulations are respected / ensures the presence of first aid trained personnel during the shift
• Communicates to employees the relevant information from production point of view (quantities, scrap, yield, deadlines, shift planning)
