We are looking for an experienced legal professional with a strong background in business legal advisory, contract negotiation, and team leadership, who will provide strategic legal support to the organization and actively contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the Legal Support Section and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal advisory, contract review and corporate governance services;

• Provide legal support to the company's internal stakeholders and oversee the analysis, drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and other legal documents;

• Advise management and internal business partners on legal risks and the legal implications of business decisions;

• Lead the legal work related to the company's strategic projects, including transactions and other initiatives with significant organizational impact;

• Manage non-operational litigation and coordinate relationships with external legal counsel, monitoring case developments and assessing their impact on the company;

• Ensure the implementation and compliance of internal contract management procedures and oversee the effective administration of legal documentation processes and systems;

• Work closely with all company departments and Group entities to identify and address legal matters relevant to the business;

• Identify, assess and manage legal risks while providing practical recommendations to mitigate them;

• Lead, develop and motivate the team by setting clear objectives and monitoring performance and professional development.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law.

• At least 5 years of experience in business legal advisory and contract negotiation, as well as in leading legal teams and managing complex legal projects;

• Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law and corporate governance;

• Ability to identify, assess and manage legal risks in a dynamic business environment;

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

• Advanced level of English.
