Candidatul Ideal

It’s necessary that you come up with:
  • Bachelor's degree in law;
  • Previous experience of 7 years in the field, of which a minimum of 3 years in a coordination position;
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills;
  • Ability to form and coordinate teams;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

These will be your responsibilities:
  • Drafts, writes, and approves contracts, internal acts and other legal documents;
  • Keeps records and ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄is responsible for the physical and electronic archiving of contracts, company documents and in general all legal documents to which the company is a party;
  • Provides legal advice to the management and employees of the company;
  • Provides regular information to other company employees and/or collaborators on the relevant legal rules;
  • Keeps track of and centralizes the contracts to which the company is a party and the legal documents belonging to the company;
  • Manages the relationship with external authorities and collaborators, such as: suppliers, control authorities and courts, public institutions, etc;
  • Draws up the documents and carries out the formalities provided by law in case of modification of the constitutive act;
  • Drafts and/or checks the legality of some documents that may engage the responsibility of the company and decisions issued by the management of the company;
  • Participates in Group projects, travelling on official business both within and outside the country if requested;
  • Collaborates and keeps in permanent contact with the company's departments for the solution of any unclearness or problem;
  • Supervises and coordinates the work of the legal advisers and, where appropriate, of the staff not working in legal functions in the subordination;
  • Establishes objectives, requirements and specific responsibilities for each member of the sub-department, supervises and provides support for the implementation of company plans, policies and procedures;
  • Participates, upon request, in the negotiation of contracts to which the Company is to become a party and prepares drafts of such contracts;
  • Draws up and proposes for approval to the direct manager documents expressing the Company's position on certain regulatory acts that may impact the Company's activity.
