• Bachelor’s degree in law with 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in commercial, corporate, or in‑house roles.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of Romanian legal framework, including commercial law, contract law, labor law, product labeling and general regulatory requirements applicable to business operations.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality, with a strong commitment to good governance principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including standard and complex/non-standard contracts (e.g., sales, distribution, procurement, services, confidentiality, and partnership agreements).
• Ensure consistency with internal policies and mitigate contractual risks while supporting business objectives.

• Provide timely, practical legal advice on a variety of matters, including contract law, labor law, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day operational issues.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of corporate documentation (e.g., board and shareholders’ resolutions, powers of attorney, statutory filings).

• Contribute to the design and delivery of internal legal trainings and awareness initiatives on key topics (e.g., contract management, confidentiality, antitrust/competition law, data protection).

• Support the identification, assessment, and management of legal risks across business operations.
• Contribute to legal aspects of strategic projects (e.g., new product launches, labelling, commercial initiatives, corporate reorganizations).
