In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support and advice on legal documents, contracts, corporate governance matters, and interactions with local authorities, as well as prepare specific documentation required by all departments.
We are waiting for you in the team if you:
• Graduated Law University with Bachelor’s/Master degree.
• Have min. 3 years of legal experience and excellent knowledge of commercial law, GDPR, civil law (including civil procedure) and labor law;
• Have a solid understanding of the legislation applicable to retailers, including but not limited to consumer protection rules, commercial practices(pricing and labelling regulations), ;
• Speak advanced English;
• You have very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• You have analytical and synthesis skills in interpreting contracts;
• Are detail-oriented with good organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, recognizing priorities and interdependencies.

This role will require you to:
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and updating all types of contracts used within the company and ensuring that every relevant department has provided its input and approval prior to execution.
Providing ongoing legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensuring full compliance with all regulations applicable to BIPA’s business activities (including data protection & privacy, labor law, competition law, consumer protection, compliance, advertising rules, and regulations applicable to regulated products).
Preparing, managing, and maintaining all corporate documentation of the company, including decisions of the Administrator, powers of attorney, internal policies, corporate resolutions, minutes, shareholders’ decisions, and any supporting documentation.
Managing the company’s corporate governance calendar and ensuring the timely renewal of corporate documents, registrations, as well as coordinating and preparing all legal documentation required for setting up new working points (puncte de lucru).
Acting as the main point of contact for local authorities, regulatory bodies, notaries, and external legal advisors; handling correspondence, inspections, inquiries, and formal requests.
Supporting all departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, IT, etc.) with legal opinions, internal procedures, risk assessments, and documentation tailored to their specific needs.
Reviewing and validating communication materials, marketing campaigns, product documentation, and customer-facing materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensuring proper archiving, version control, confidentiality, and secure management of all legal and corporate documents in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Perform formalities before the authorities (Trade Register; ANPC, etc.);
• Represent the company in court/before the authorities;
• Draft, prepare, and archive all documents for court cases;
• Receive, archive, and keep track of notifications, written correspondence received by the department, contracts and all documents of the legal department;
• Prepare corporate documents, the company's statutory documents, and complete the formalities for their registration with the Trade Register;
• Provide legal assistance to other departments of the company.
