Candidatul Ideal
- Completed Legal studies;
- Professional Background: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field - corporate experience represents an advantage;
- Language Skills: English level B2 or higher;
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Technical Skills: Solid PC literacy and fast typing speed;
- Work Mode: Availability to work from the office 1 day per week.

1. Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Ensuring the compliance of the company's internal procedures with the legislation in force and with the standard regulations implemented within the company;
- Transmitting to the company's business partners the internal documents stipulated by the implemented policies/working procedures and ensure receipt of the documents signed by them;
2. Assist in legal and administrative procedures
- Drafting, verifying and negotiating contracts with the company's suppliers and customers, ensuring the correct application of the guidelines and framework contracts approved by the group to which the company belongs;
- Proper recording and filing of commercial contracts, addenda and contractual documents;
- Drafting and checking legal documents signed by the company;
- Analyzing documents provided by other departments and providing legal advice on the requested topics within the agreed deadlines;
3. Legislation compliance and monitoring
- Will ensure compliance with company regulations regarding security standards (ISO 27 001) and data protection (GDPR);
- Will implement and maintain in compliance the data protection controls implemented through company procedures/ policies. Uploads proof of compliance of controls within the established deadlines in the dedicated work systems, ensuring accuracy, data and information correctness, as well as the fulfillment of the indicators set within the group to which the company belongs;
- Will prepare documentation and participate in audits carried out within the company.
4. Internal training
- Follow up to department heads and project managers on the documents/ contracts to be finalized in order to comply with the implemented working policies/ procedures.
