Requirements:
- Law degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an in-house counsel / lawyer in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of civil law, corporate law, commercial law, labour law and intellectual property law.
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving orientation.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Ensure that the organization’s rules, documents, regulations, and procedures comply with applicable legislation.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on legislative developments relevant to organization’s activities.
- Analyze legislative initiatives' impact on the organization and propose engagement strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, addendums, and legal memoranda.
- Provide legal advice and draft legal opinions related to day-to-day activities to other departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, DPO, HR, Admissions etc.)
- Responsible for assisting in the establishment and registration of new business locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary permits.
- Providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
- Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
- Represent the organization before authorities
