Lean manufacturing specialist

We are extending our ski boots production team and we are looking for an ambitious, pro active, creative and innovative collegue to join us. You can explore, bring new ideas, feel the team spirit and devolope yourself in one of the top production facility in sport area. Requirements in order to fill our position are:
-Subject-specific work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
-Career starters willing to continue their education are also welcome
-Confident handling of all common MS Office applications
-Very good knowledge of English
-Accountable working style, accuracy and reliability
-Willing to learn and hands-on mindset
Others: command of tools and software methods, knowledge in quality norms, understanding of commercial and industrial constraints, understanding of products, knowledge of manufacturing processes, knowledge of norms and procedures.

- Deploy the lean concept to the workshop while respecting the company strategy and in order to maximize costs and implement best practices in the supply chain organization.
- Participle to the project management, implement and apply it (planning, budget supervising management, communication).
- Steer needed actions plans, implement and deploy corrective actions
- Leads, executes and implements the validated & corrective action plans
- Participate to define and follow his/her budget
