Lead Shuffler

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Collaborates with the Shift Manager and Shuffle Supervisor on duty in order to resolve immediate staff difficulties.
• Collaborates with Floor Supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Monitors shufflers activity and Shuffle Room documentation and is responsible for shufflers rotations in the studio, and Shuffle Room.
• Enforces safety, sanitation and internal regulations.
• Monitors operational quality and safety.
• Reports to Shuffle Supervisor on duty any irregularities noticed inside the premises.
• Constantly inspects studios, equipment and decor.
• Observes and monitors shuffler’s rotations, attitude, appearance before entering the studio and during the shift.
• Complies with the tasks assigned by the Shuffle Supervisor on duty in order to meet operational targets. Compiles and submits various work reports

• Supervises studio rotations (to be made on time, all shufflers have been rotated, assuring that distance between staff members is respected, make sure all staff members have a proper attitude during shift)
• During the emergency situations (pandemic) ensures that the necessary number of staff have passed the medical check and is fit for work.
• Monitors operational quality and safety, makes sure that shufflers do not touch the equipment (cameras, lights, sound equipment, AC, etc.)
• Performs as a shuffler in case of emergency or need.
• Fills in the hand over list for the incoming shift with all pending issues.
• Constantly reports to shift manager or Shuffler Spervisor on duty irregularities that can be fixed during downtime.
• Assists in the shredding of the cards.
• Checks and reports the attendance to the Shift Manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
