Lead P2P Compliance & Excellence
ManpowerGroup Romania is looking for a Lead P2P Compliance & Excellence. The role is responsible for ensuring strong governance, compliance, process excellence, and continuous improvement across Procure-to-Pay operations.
The role drives process optimization, automation, financial control, and operational excellence while leading teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and scalable P2P processes that support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to P2P policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Lead internal and external audit activities, including documentation and evidence management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement fraud prevention measures.
- Maintain and enhance process documentation, policies, and governance frameworks.
Open Items & Financial Controls
- Drive resolution of aged open items and vendor account issues.
- Oversee GR/IR reconciliations and debit balance recovery processes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting within the P2P area.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify optimization opportunities through process analysis and process mining.
- Standardize and improve P2P processes across entities and functions.
- Define and monitor KPIs to drive operational performance.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lead automation, digitalization, and RPA initiatives.
- Act as a key business partner for system enhancements and process transformation projects.
Systems & Technical Support
- Serve as Technical Key User for P2P and ERP platforms.
- Define business requirements and collaborate with IT teams on system improvements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support deployment of new solutions.
- Drive system optimization and process integration initiatives.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Build strong relationships with Finance, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for compliance, process improvement, and P2P transformation topics.
- Lead and develop managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and operational expertise
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or related functions.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and larger teams.
- Strong knowledge of P2P processes, controls, compliance, audit, and risk management.
- Proven experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, process mining, and automation.
- Strong understanding of ERP and P2P solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, VIM, Fiori, or similar).
- Experience with process mining and automation tools such as Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
