We are hiring a Facilities Lead Assistant Manager for managing the day-to-day operations of the Facilities function at EXL, ensuring efficient & timely support to all employees & operations. The position involves monitoring compliance with all requirements for health and safety at work, maintenance of the company's equipment, and administrative assistance in the office
* Responsible for managing & maintaining a top class BPO infrastructure
* Responsible for being proactive to drive results and anticipate issues if any in order to mitigate rather than work in a reactive mode.
* Conduct regular internal checks, physical verifications & facility walks to validate implementation of systems & processes.
* Develop a strong vendor base and work towards maximizing value for EXL. Also, build adequate back-ups for core deliverables in order to achieve a 99.9% uptime.
* Reduce wastage and bring about efficiencies within the department _ work towards cost savings on a budget v/s actuals of approx 5-7%.
* Create a responsive environment within the department with the objective of being highly customer centric and driver to meet internal deadlines _ quick TAT on 99% of pending issues.
* Responsible for co-coordinating client visits and handling all travel requirements
* Ensure safe and secure work environment.
* To prepare and deliver timely and according to standard requirements the periodic reports assigned by the Supervisor/Production Manager/Company’s Management.
* The person is also assigned to observe and control all unforeseen situations caused by technical failures (e.g. power failure, short-circuit, problems with the security system), and to further inform the employees of EXL and any outside personnel about the problems/failures that have occurred, with a view of identifying fast solutions to such problems/failures and to make sure that the activity of the company is not interrupted for too long.
* To comply with all norms, procedures and Internal Policies that govern the processes and relationships within EXL Service România.
* To attend regular training sessions held by the Company on topics related to health and safety at work (according to Law 319/2006) or any other topics/ matters necessary to carry out work within the Company.
