Candidatul Ideal
We expect from you:
- Higher legal education
- At least 2 years of professional experience in corporate services for commercial law companies
- Must be registered with a professional association of legal advisers (consilier juridic)
- Experience in debt collection
- Experience in working with foreign entities preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Multitasking and the ability to organize work and set priorities
- Ability to think logically, formulate statements clearly and precisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of Romanian at a fluent level, knowledge of English at least at B2 level, knowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus

Legal:
- Identifying and solving legal problems occurring in the Company
- Preparing legal opinions on matters relating to the Company's current operations
- Legal support in the Company's relations with other entities from E100 Group
- Preparation of the Company's corporate documentation
- Preparing legal analyzes regarding the compliance of the Company's activities with the requirements of energy and financial law in Romania
- Drafting and reviewing contracts concluded by the Company with third parties (customer, supply, agency, IT contracts)
- Cooperation with law firms, auditors and other consulting entities
- Legal support in negotiations with the Company's contractors
- Calling debtors, agreeing on the terms of debt repayment schedules
- Meetings with debtors, negotiating terms of debt repayment
- Preparation of debt repayment schedules, monitoring their implementation
- Entering debtors into the database and updating it
- Preparation and submission of claims
- Transfer of debtors to insurance companies, communication with insurance companies if necessary
- Transfer and support of cases to collection companies
- Preparation and submission of claims to the court, participation in trials until a court decision is received
- Transfer of enforcement documents for collection to bailiffs, monitoring the progress of enforcement proceedings
- Preparation and submission of creditor claims, communication with bankruptcy administrators, participation in the bankruptcy process
- Hybrid working model
- Salary: from 19 000 RON gross to 22 000 RON gross. After the probationary period: quarterly bonus of 10% of base salary, paid based on KPI achievement
