Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in labour/employment law, ideally in a corporate, legal advisory, or law firm setting;
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations;
- Familiarity with HR practices, disciplinary procedures, workplace investigations, and employee relations strategies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity;
- Previous experience in industries such as casino, retail, call centres, HoReCa, banking, fast-food (nice to have).

- Represent or support the company in dealings with labour authorities, unions, or in employment-related litigation (if applicable);
- Monitor legal developments and regulatory changes in labour law and assess their impact on the business;
- Support internal investigations related to workplace conduct, ethics, or legal violations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to support business objectives in a compliant manner;
