What you will do in this role As a KYC Analyst on our team, you will:

• Review customer files on the client platform in order to identify missing or non-compliant documents

Main responsibilities:

• Review customer files on the client platform in order to identify missing or non-compliant documents
• Reviewing, verifying, validating and escalating when needed
• Analyze transactions and identify any potential risks by escalating
• Ensure compliance in all tasks allocated
• Keep clear reports for the allocated tasks
• Support offered by feedback for flow improvements
• Collaborate constructively with all departments involved in all areas of expertise

Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are proficient in Russian and English
• Are proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Have a good attention to details, analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to handle sensitive cases and information
• Have a minimum expertise in AML/KYC and working in CRM systems
• Have good PC Skills
• Are available to work on site from our office in Galati or Remote (if you live outside the city)
