Do you enjoy building things from scratch? Do you want to be the face of Heureka in the Romanian market and influence how major brands and e-shops grow with us? At Heureka Group, we are opening a key role for our Brand Sales team. We are looking for a partner who isn’t afraid to "hunt" for new opportunities and will build our Romanian portfolio of brand partnerships from the ground up.

What awaits you?
This isn’t just a maintenance role. You will be our ambassador in Romania with a high degree of autonomy:
Building the Portfolio (Hunting): Your main task will be the active acquisition of new partners – from the biggest players on the market to media agencies.
Personal Relationships: Romanian business is built on trust. You will meet clients in person, identify their needs, and build long-term partnerships.
Strategic Development: You’ll manage the entire sales pipeline – from the first contact to closing the deal and subsequent account management.
Expansion & Retail Media: Beyond traditional brand partnerships, you’ll get involved in developing retail media and supporting business opportunities across the market.
International Collaboration: Even though you’ll be the only person dedicated to Brand Sales in Bucharest, you’ll have a strong team behind you in Budapest and 15 colleagues in our freshly refurbished Bucharest office.
What do we expect from you?
Drive for Results: You have experience in sales (ideally 3–5 years) and enjoy achieving ambitious goals.
Communication & Native Fluency: Romanian is your native language, and you can get clients excited in it. You are also comfortable speaking English with colleagues in Hungary and the Czech Republic.
Proactivity: You don’t wait for instructions; you see opportunities where others don’t. You can organize your own work and prioritize your meetings effectively.
Resilience: Building a market from zero is a ride that requires patience and grit, especially during the initial onboarding months.

Motivating Bonuses: We have a fair bonus system (30% quarterly). In the first quarter, we’ll support you with activity-based KPIs and onboarding so you have time to get settled.
