Junior/Senior Accounts Payable

Studies and Skill Set
- Bachelor degree in Economic Sciences;
- 1-3 year experience in the field or in a related field;
- Knowledge of local accounting rules on primary documents level;
- Knowledge of the common excel formulas and functionalities;
- Basic knowledge of an ERP software is an advantage;
- Fluent in English – both written & spoken;
- Detail oriented;
- Open for continuous learning and development;
- Proactive and result oriented;
- Analyzing, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
- Good communication skills;

Task and responsibilities
- Verification of incoming documents in internal workflow and ERP System;
- Billing according to internal practices;
- Investigate and resolve partner inquiries;
- Periodical verification of partner situations;
- Internal financial support for the customer service department;
