Junior Sales Specialist

Self-motivated and driven.

Fluent in English – writing and speaking.
Strong time management, organization and follow up skills.
Proficiency in Excel in a must.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies and evaluation KPIs, tactics and measurable implementation.
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
Able to meet and exceed target objectives.
University degree in Medical Science and/or Business or similar studies.
Driving license (category B) is a plus.
Ability to travel from time to time.

Pharmactive Distribution is looking for motivated people with strong communication skills who will drive daily business by securing the relationship ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂with existing accounts and finding new business leads. Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

Generate and develop new leads in an industry with a great potential.
Make daily outbound calls to new leads and to existing customers.
Be open to continuous learning with the ultimate goal of career growth.
Maximize commercial opportunities by developing, implementing and managing commercial programs with key decision makers and relevant stakeholders.
Analyse and apply qualitative and quantitative market data to asses business opportunities and priorities.
Prepare performance reports for the management team.
