Role Overview The Junior Sales Agent supports the sales team in client advisory, vehicle sourcing, and transaction management. This is a development role designed for ambitious individuals who want to grow into senior premium advisors.
Training Program (1 Month)

• Learn BADSI products and services
• Understand the commission structure and performance expectations
• Participate in field activities alongside senior agents
• Learn sales techniques, client management, and reporting tools
• Understand premium vehicle sourcing and advisory basics

At the end of the training period, both parties decide on continuing collaboration under a permanent employment contract.
Responsibilities (After Hiring)

• Interact with potential clients and qualify leads
• Assist in identifying suitable vehicles based on client needs
• Support sourcing process from EU markets
• Prepare offers and assist in transaction follow-up
• Maintain CRM and reporting discipline
• Participate in client meetings alongside senior advisors
• Contribute to achieving monthly margin targets

Compensation & Growth Permanent employment contract (indefinite duration) after successful completion of training.
3-month probation period.
Base salary: 4,050 RON gross/month.

• First 3 months: 50% /commission scheme
• After reaching €5,000 monthly margin for 2 consecutive months → 75% / commission scheme
• After reaching €7,500 monthly margin for 2 consecutive months → 100% / commission scheme

Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day).
