Junior Quantity Surveyor – We Are Hiring
Location: Bucharest / Site / Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support quantity tracking
and technical documentation for industrial and construction projects. This role is ideal for a
motivated graduate or junior engineer who wants to grow in the construction field.

Responsibilities
 Track executed quantities based on drawings and site progress
 Monitor subcontractor work progress and installed quantities
 Assist in updating quantity records and project documentation
 Support variation quantity tracking and updates when required
 Work with technical drawings and specifications
 Provide quantity-related information to site and procurement teams
 Maintain organized project documentation and records
 Assist senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Team when required

Requirements
 Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction (or final year student)
 0–2 years experience in construction (internship accepted)
 Basic understanding of construction quantities and site execution
 Good Excel skills
 Ability to read technical drawings (basic level)
 English – working level
 Strong willingness to learn and develop

Mechanical Engineer (MEP / HVAC) – We Are Hiring
Location: Bucharest / Site
Job type: Full-time
A company active in industrial and logistics construction projects is looking for a Mechanical
Engineer to coordinate mechanical installation works on active projects.

Responsibilities
 Coordinate execution of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and mechanical utility systems
 Review technical drawings and identify design inconsistencies
 Provide technical support to site team and subcontractors
 Monitor progress and report to Project Manager
 Verify materials and equipment compliance with technical specifications
 Participate in testing, commissioning and handover phases
 Prepare technical documentation (reports, checklists, as-built drawings)

Requirements
 Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services / HVAC
 Minimum 3 years experience in construction / industrial projects
 Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
 AutoCAD + MS Office required
 English – technical level

Nice to have
 Experience on industrial / logistics projects
 BIM / Revit / Navisworks
 Commissioning experience
 ANRE / ISCIR certifications (if applicable)

Project Planner / Construction Planner – We Are Hiring
Location: Bucharest / Hybrid / Site
Job type: Full-time
We are looking for a Project Planner to support planning and monitoring of industrial
construction projects.

Responsibilities
 Develop and update project schedules (Baseline & Progress Updates)
 Resource planning: manpower, equipment, materials
 Monitor project progress and analyze delays
 Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports & lookahead schedules
 Critical Path analysis and schedule optimization
 Coordinate planning with procurement and site execution
 Support Project Manager in project control activities
 Identify risks and propose mitigation actions

Requirements
 Degree in Construction / Engineering / Project Management
 Minimum 2–3 years experience as Planner in construction projects
 Primavera P6 or MS Project – mandatory
 Advanced Excel
 Good understanding of construction workflow
 English – professional level
 Strong analytical and organizational skills

 Dashboard reporting
