University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background but not limited to.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Confident in using common IT tools and systems (MS Office, inspection apps, digital reporting tools).
Highly motivated, organized, and independent, with strong analytical thinking.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (up to 70%).
Category B driving license (mandatory).
Experience in solar, electrical, or construction commissioning is a strong advantage, but not mandatory for motivated juniors.

Your Responsibilities
Perform project-related quality assurance and control (e.g. Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans) for solar park construction.
Conduct site quality audits and organize fast resolution of non-conformities (both internal and external).
Prepare and submit accurate and timely project quality reports.
Escalate critical issues according to the company’s escalation strategy.
Conduct on-site inspections during construction, create and monitor punch lists/non-conformity lists until closure.
Oversee and report commissioning activities, including verification and cross-checks of subcontractor performance.
Support and execute commissioning on the low-voltage side, in accordance with IEC 62446-1.
Perform detailed electrical testing such as IV curve measurement, infrared inspection, and electroluminescence.
Troubleshoot and support site teams in achieving operational readiness.
