• Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s stakeholders through remote communication or site visits;
• Taking ownership of the delivery of the assigned technical and commercial project proposals scope, or sub-scope of large size and/or complex project proposals led by Proposal Manager or Lead, within automation projects business portfolio, following the standard process;
• Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
• Proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the proposal preparation effort, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
• Execute assigned tasks or low complexity scope under guidance or supervision, related to technical and commercial proposal delivery within Emerson Control Systems & Software projects business portfolio, following the standard process.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering field;
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills;
• Basic (beginner level) technical understanding of process automation, computer infrastructure and network architecture.

• Experience in commercial and sales support activities;
• Project management / coordination skills.
