ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, one of Europes largest online retailers, for the role of Junior Operative Procurement.

As a Junior Operative Procurement, you are responsible for executing day-to-day Operative Procurement activities. You ensure data accuracy and timeliness by following defined procedures. You execute standard transactions, take ownership of your tasks until completion, and act in a service-oriented manner.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Scope and Impact

• PO Management & Approval and PO lifecycle management.

• Operative/Tactical buying (<150k€).

• Sourcing support for Procurement

• Catalog maintenance.

Communication & Complexity

• Communicate clearly, inclusively, and respectfully with colleagues.

• Communicate consistently and to the point with an in-depth understanding of your tasks.

• You raise incidents/issues in a constructive way.

• Identify operational issues and are able to resolve these under guidance from your lead.

• Support and take part in tool-testing activities.

What You Will Bring (Skills and Qualifications)

• Experience: 1-3+ years in an Operative Procurement or similar operational finance role.

• Process: Good Operative Procurement process understanding; ability to follow pre-described processes without deviations.

• Tech: Good understanding of underlying ERP and related systems (e.g., S/4 Hana, Coupa).

• Language: Good English. German is a plus.

• Other: Reliable team player, hands-on, open to adopting new ways of working, detail-oriented.
