Candidatul Ideal
- 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS/Telecom/HORECA is a strong advantage)
- Based in Bucharest
- Proven ability to independently manage deals
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Results-driven mindset with experience working toward ambitious targets
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Fluent Romanian is a must + confident working proficiency in English
- Proactive, accountable, and structured approach to work
