junior IT Solution Engineer

As a candidate you will be required to demonstrate:

- Experience working with IT hardware and software solutions support
- Familiarity of IT design and programming concepts
- Experience in the rollout and management of IT projects
- Communication skills and ability to present solutions to government agencies (police, customs, border forces)
- experience in presenting and project management of camera surveillance solutions is a big plus

In this role you will:
- Provide technical expertise to prospective customers presenting camera surveillance solutions in a compelling, clear and professional manner. Portfolio can be extended to other solutions like Intelligent Transportation System, software for video analytics, etc
- Advise on pre-sales system installation, configuration and after-sales technical support
- Manage, create and maintain pre- and post-sales documentation including implementation plans, technical responses for proposal documents, engineering specifications, manuals
- Work closely with colleagues in Poland and Bulgaria be responsible for engineering and operations, supporting them in sales activities, preparation of written sales proposals and customer presentations

We are looking for a candidate to be based in Bucharest, who ideally should have:
- A degree in electrical/electronic/IT or related engineering
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Self-driven and motivated to work efficiently in a small team and remotely

- Willing to travel when required.
