Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous internship or initial HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong interest in HR processes, digitalization, and people management.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar) is considered a plus.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively within a team.

Job Description

HR Transformation & Digitalization
• Support HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in improving HR data quality and maintaining employee records.
• Support the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled HR tools and technologies.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.

People Development
• Support learning and development activities, including training coordination and administration.
• Assist with employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
• Help maintain training records and prepare development-related reports.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
• Support compensation and benefits administration processes.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce analytics, and compensation-related data management.
• Coordinate benefit programs and support employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
• Help maintain accuracy and compliance of HR data and documentation.
