- Exceptional English both written and spoken (C1) is an absolute minimum
- Someone that has recently graduated from or is still studying for a construction, architecture or similar engineering degree
- An analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- A self-taught individual that is constantly trying to improve his/her skills
- A great team player that can easily adapt to various situations
- Good understanding of architectural plans
- Report writing skills are important
- The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time is beneficial
- AutoCAD Knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

Here’s more about the opportunity:
- Work on a project usually starts with reviewing design information about construction projects, anything from plans to technical specification documentation of products
- This information is then processed based on established methodologies and guidance
- Considering the focus on fire safety, the training program will be thorough to bring any successful individual up to speed with all the relevant legislation, guidance, methodologies and bespoke engineering solutions required to deliver the work
- Everyday work will involve writing reports and using specific established methodologies
- Starting salary of 6000 RON/month
- After 6 months, depending on satisfactory performance, additional meal tickets (up to 900 RON)
- Intensive training scheme (up to 6 months)
- Performance bonuses (yearly)
- Depending on performance of the individual, a hybrid or remote working option could be available after finalising the intensive training scheme (up to 6 months)
- We can provide flexibility and support for individuals finalising their studies
- An amazing career path with a deep understanding of the UK construction market
- Working on hundreds of projects across almost all construction sectors
