- Proficient in a programing language (working experience is preferred but not required)
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or student in final year)
- Basic experience or coursework in SQL databases
- Familiar with Azure Platform, PowerShell, Docker, Git and/or experience with other programming platforms such as .NET is an advantage.
- Analytical level of thinking and the drive to develop yourself further

Reskill to BC developer program
In collaboration with our colleagues from The Netherlands, we are on the lookout for six junior developers to join a multi-month training program focused on Microsoft BC development. Our partner, Revolent, will be assisting us throughout this program. For more details about Microsoft Business Central and the role of a BC developer, please refer to the this link (https://www.revolentgroup.com/blog/microsoft-business-central-developer/). In addition to BC-specific topics, you will have the opportunity to build or enhance your knowledge in various essential tools and technologies for this role. These include platform architecture, general development best practices, implementing integrations with external systems via APIs, DevOps, Azure cloud platform, Microsoft Power Platform, Docker, automated testing, and Visual Studio Code.
As a member of one of our development teams, you will receive support from your colleagues and be gradually introduced to our Agile way of working.
As a BC developer your daily activities consist of
- Designing and implementing solutions with Business Central and/or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot
- Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot and ensure optimal operation of the software
- The (technical) testing of the developed software
- Performing code reviews and ensuring that the software developed meets the required quality standards
- Active participation in Scrum Ceremonies and other gatherings
- Identifying improvements and/or innovations that create added value for both the customer and the organization.
- Within the Zig BC development community, you actively share your successes, knowledge and experiences
