Responsibilities:
Retrieving, registering, filing, and managing documents of interest
Drafting documents specific to the company's product and service promotion activities
Drafting the business correspondence required for day-to-day business
Preparation of license or authorization files for submission to the authority
Ensuring the transmission of documents by post, courier, fax, e-mail
Drafting of documents and reports required by management
Drafting new procedures and revise existing ones to align with industry best practices and company standards
Ensuring all procedures are well-structured, logically organized, and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines
Updating the document database
Full and timely transmission of information
Disseminates the information received from the management to the concerned persons
Maintaining the confidentiality of data to which access is granted
Taking the necessary steps to optimise data collection activities
Ensuring compliance with and implementation of policies and procedures for the Responsible Gaming Program
Involving in resolving crisis situations
Work in areas such as international gambling licenses and legislation, GDPR and national data privacy regulations
Understands, monitor, and examine all developments in the business regulatory environment
Reads and interprets new national legal acts applicable to the company's activities
Support regulatory, audit and similar inspections
Take full responsibility of the compliance function for the enterprise and stay on top of all changes and potentially damaging changes, as they occur.
