* 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships acceptable), idealy real estate, fit-out, contruction.
* Strong interest in sales, partnerships, and business growth.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.
Identify and qualify new business leads by participating to the business events, networking, and outreach.
Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and interactions.
2. Client Outreach & Relationship Support
Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, and team lead.
Schedule meetings and presentations for senior business developers.
Support relationship-building with clients and partners.
3. Sales & Proposal Support
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
Support the preparation of quotations and commercial offers.
Track sales activities and follow up on opportunities.
4. Market & Competitor Research
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Prepare reports and insights to support business strategy.
Identify new sectors or markets for expansion.
5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Support the business development team with documentation and reporting.
Coordinate internally with marketing, design, or technical teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate records.
