For a top multinational company, leader in its field, we are recruiting:
Junior Brand Manager - Bucharest Office - hibryd work
On this role, you will provide support with both product portfolio new launches and existing product portfolio improvements, brand communication strategy but also help identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth.
Ideal Profile
1-2 years relevant experience in Marketing - ideally in FMCG
Education: University degree – preferably Marketing, Economics/Business
A true passionate about marketing, a fast-learning and hard-working individual with strong analysis, project management and follow-up skills, as well as good initiative, teamwork and communication abilities
Able to judge creative work and give relevant, insightful and inspirational feedback to creative agencies and other parties
Capable to understand product portfolio management and other paint industry specific requirements
Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up) as well as good logical and numerical reasoning skills are a must
Advanced English knowledge is a must (both written and spoken)
Also, digital skills & data analysis skills are a plus
We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious fresh marketer who will work closely with our Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in development of strategic marketing plans including the launch of new products, improvement and upgrade of existing product portfolio, consumer promotions management under supervision/guidance of the Senior Brand Manager
Support in coordinating and executing company brand communication strategy
Coordinate digital media campaigns (social media channels, YouTube, influencers, own websites) in collaboration with media agency
Attend international and/or cross-functional teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Stewardship, Advertising and Media Agencies) to execute marketing projects within assigned timelines and budgets
Research current market trends and competition activity in order to provide recommendations for product development and brand communication campaigns (both offline and online)
