Junior Back Office with Italian

• Perform day-to-day banking operations using specialized software, in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
• Provide support to Italian-speaking customers regarding various documentation;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and share knowledge across departments.

• Italian – minimum B2 level (spoken & written);
• English – minimum B1 level;
• At least 6 months of experience in financial or banking services;
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, responsible, and analytical mindset;
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools;
• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed);
• Team player with attention to detail and a drive for professional growth.
