Junior Assistant Manager - Bucuresti

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to plan work at a high pace, to work in a team and to manage the unexpected (problem solving).
• Previous experience in tourism / hospitality industry is to be considered as a plus.
• In addition to the Romanian language, fluency in both written and oral English is required. French, Spanish or German are to be considered a plus.

• Assisting the lifestyle managers with tasks including, but not limited to, research-based tasks, travel arrangements, bookings, restaurant reservations, on-site assistance at tourist destinations and much more.
• Formatting information in a presentable manner.
• Ensuring all member requests are researched and fulfilled in a timely manner and to the highest level of quality.
• Interaction with colleagues and suppliers in order to exchange useful information for guaranteeing a high level of service to the end user.

HOURS OF WORK
• Workdays: 40 hours spread over 5 days per week (8 hours per day) - with two days off per week.
