As a Junior Area Sales Manager / Representative, you will be based in Bucharest and responsible for driving sales activities within the allocated regional sales area. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth across the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets, while contributing to the company’s long-term business success.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Prevous experience in sales highly appreciated
- Knowledge of the construction market.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian (written and verbal) and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD i
- Valid category B driving license (mandatory).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and develop sales strategies based on market trends.
