Responsibilities Junior Lawyer at Fiodorov & Partners:

• Provide legal advice and assistance on corporate and real estate matters to clients
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent clients in negotiations and disputes
• Collaborate with team members and senior lawyers on complex cases
• Stay up-to-date on legal amendments in relevant laws and regulations

• Provide expert legal advice and assistance on corporate, renewable energy, and real estate matters to clients
• Draft and review complex legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Represent clients in high-stakes negotiations and disputes
• Lead and collaborate with junior lawyers on intricate cases
• Stay informed about legal amendments in relevant laws and regulations

Requirements Junior Lawyer at Fiodorov & Partners:

• A law degree from a reputable university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements Senior Lawyer at Fiodorov & Partners:

• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing law with a focus on Corporate, Renewable Energy, and Real Estate
• Strong understanding of legal issues related to renewable energy projects, real estate transactions, and environmental regulations
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
