What we’re looking for:
The Accounting&Tax Division is looking for a new colleague to fill the position of Junior AP Analyst.
The AP Analyst function will actively be involved in the processing of supplier invoices and accounting.
You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and communicating with vendors, sales managers and suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

Processing invoices and credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time.
Apply the accounting and fiscal procedures for booking the invoices, accounts reconciliation, payments;
Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines.
Record and process accruals;
Account analysis and reporting;
Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes.

What you need to know/have:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related area;
1-2 years working experience in Finance;
Strong analytical, mathematical, and tool skills (Excel, Pivot tables, data manipulation and transformation).
Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment and complete individual tasks as well
A desire to learn and expand current knowledge base
Strong written and oral communication skills
Willingness to adapt to changing business and support priorities
Well-developed communication skills;
Ability to resolve conflicts quickly, research issues, and follow up with timely communication to all key stakeholders
Results and deadlines orientated person;
Language skills: very good level of English.
Fixed-term contract with the possibility of contract extension, through a leasing partner company.
