Required Qualifications
- Good command of English
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with large volumes of structured data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-organized and process-oriented approach
- Team player with good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Job Description
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Support payment execution activities
- Maintain supplier master data
- Assist with procurement-related transactions and controls
- Resolve invoice and payment-related queries
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Support billing and invoicing activities
- Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Manage customer queries and disputes
- Maintain customer master data
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions
Financial Operations
- Perform high-volume transactional activities while maintaining accuracy
- Investigate and resolve issues related to financial transactions
- Validate data and perform basic financial control activities
- Escalate risks and incidents when required
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
