What We're Looking For (skills required to be considered):
- Proven experience in PPC, and managing WordPress websites, preferably with Elementor.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your social media, graphic design, and copywriting skills.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- An excellent communicator with a passion for digital marketing trends and innovations.
- A team player who's also comfortable taking the lead on projects.
- Fluent in Romanian and English
Not required skills but considered a plus:
- Experience with SEO strategies and techniques to enhance online visibility.
- Hands-on PR experience, with a knack for crafting and managing public narratives that boost brand image.
- Leadership skills with experience training and supporting a marketing team.
- Client relationship management and sales skills, with a knack for understanding client needs and presenting effective solutions.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns, capable of leveraging influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Skilled in crafting compelling email marketing campaigns that engage audiences and drive conversions.
