Soft skills/individual competence:
- Educated to an IT or technical degree level / relevant work experience
- Project Management certified or relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of IT technologies (Cloud, API, IAM, Virtual platforms, DB’s, middleware, backups, networking, security etc)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Strong analytical skills, with experience within IT Applications / Systems and Landscape
- English : >B2
- Highly organized, self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and also by your own
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels both inside and external of local/central organization
- Possibility of travelling in Europe.
Descrierea jobului
- Project Management Office Support – support the coordination of IT transformation projects through effective IT project management; Analyze and understand the impact of new proposal, projects and initatives relating to the tranformation, harmonization and standarization activities
- Act as IT subject matter expert by developing a throught understanding of IT landscape and supporting business area
- Business Consultancy – support the IT and business unit with IT related matters workshop and documentation review, provide the necessary related IT subject matters expertise
- Development of the transformation strategy – support on the allignment of system to business strategy, collaborating with stakeholders and identifying areas of improvement
- Change Management – Develop and implement change management
- Coordinates and manages across all phases of application / project lifecycle
- Support with project scope definition, cost and time assessments
- Implementation support, especially during rollout phase
- Uses cross-functional knowledge to scope work packages and assess impact on business and customers.
