Candidatul Ideal
- Working experience in application support or key user in ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision is a plus) for 2 years or more;
- University degree (bachelor) in Computer science, Economics or Mathematics;
- Know-how in business administration / economics;
- Good knowledge of English; French or German is a plus;
- Base knowledge of Windows network environment, Microsoft 365 and Azure;
- Good Customer/User Service skills: ability to understand and manage customer/user expectations;
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks, requests and time efficiently;
- Ability to perform under pressure, multi-task, willingness to learn and to travel abroad;
- Analytical and root cause problem solving skills;
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team environment;
- Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude, outside of the box thinking.
Descrierea jobului
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions related to the ERP system;
- Remote/On-site support for hardware and software;
- Managing end user accounts;
- Perform installation and upgrades of applications, and device-specific software;
- Collaborate with the broader/international IT team and other functional areas within the business to ensure effective integration with key support process (ticket/call handling and escalation when required);
- Ensures harmonization of software with company objectives and business processes;
- Actively participates in internal communications and helpdesk support for application users;
- Test new functionalities of software and new features and reports;
- Organize a knowledge base/ internal procedures for usage of application competencies handover;
- Actively participates in change management processes.
