Descrierea jobului
- Monitoring, maintaining and inventorying the onsite computers and network infrastructure;
- Installing and configuring computers systems;
- Diagnosing hardware or software faults and solving technical problems;
- Resolving and closing incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures;
- Logging relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures;
- Ensuring tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved;
- Identifies and records risks, escalating when required;
- Receive incidents and requests from SCC users via Service Now;
- Escalation of critical and high priority tickets to line and senior management
